You can definitely pick and choose sections of the course to complete in your own time. We do advise that you do the assessments section (Finding out about your individual brain) first. The course can be done over a few days or a few weeks.
No, there is a workbook that comes with the course as well as two assessments. The assessments will evaluate the learners hemispheric dominance and learning preferences. The workbook has a number of practical examples that the learner can do as they follow the video content.
